Unique Contact and Community Services (UCCS) a CQC Accredited Agency is looking for home Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our team. To assist special needs children, young adults, and elderly clients.

Some of the tasks include:

Supporting clients in their family home, assisting with washing, toileting, dressing and grooming, feeding, administering medication (if required) and other daily activities. Logging daily activities in the log book.

Supporting clients outside the home when required. Outdoor activities, to the park, library, sports and community centres, shops etc.

Essential: An understanding of the importance of safeguarding vulnerable clients.

Skills and experience: We welcome caring and compassionate applicants with at least 1 year care experience. NVQ qualification at least level 2 or equivalent certification in Health and Social. Training certificates are required.

Support

You will receive regular supervision and access to training to enhance your skill set and development.
