Unique Contact and Community Services (UCCS) a CQC Accredited Agency is looking for home Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our team. To assist special needs children, young adults, and elderly clients.<\/p>

Some of the tasks include<\/strong>:<\/p>

Supporting clients in their family home, assisting with washing, toileting, dressing and grooming, feeding, administering medication (if required) and other daily activities. Logging daily activities in the log book.<\/p>

Supporting clients outside the home when required. Outdoor activities, to the park, library, sports and community centres, shops etc.<\/p>

Essential: <\/strong>An understanding of the importance of safeguarding vulnerable clients.<\/p>

Skills and experience: <\/strong>We welcome caring and compassionate applicants with at least 1 year care experience. NVQ qualification at least level 2 or equivalent certification in Health and Social. Training certificates are required.<\/p>

Support<\/strong><\/p>

You will receive regular supervision and access to training to enhance your skill set and development.<\/p>

Offer:<\/strong> Offer of employment is subject to eligibility to work in the UK, enhanced DBS clearance, and references.<\/p>

Hours of work: <\/strong>Flexible Hours<\/p>

Location<\/strong>: East London \u2013 within the Borough of Newham<\/p>
