Our health care assistants and support workers are highly experienced in providing personal and practical care to Service Users, as well as supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities both indoors and in the community. This could include supporting them to engage with the community, assisting them to manage personal finances such as shopping\/paying bills and pursuing personal interests and hobbies such as sports, arts and crafts, drama, musical events or gardening.<\/p><p>We also provide Senior Care Supervisors who are responsible for key working, carrying out assessments on new referrals and facilitating annual service reviews.
